777 problem with GSX

Hello, i have the last version of the PMDG 777 and FSDT GSX, but when i call any service of GSX, but the vehicles doesnt appears any solution? I already re-install both products.

Are you sure you are at a gate large enough for the T7?

If you are at a medium or small gate, then you will get a message in red saying that the gate is too small for your plane and therefore GSX services cannot be used.

 

You may have missed that message.

 

To rule that out, be sure that you 777 is parked at a heavy gate and try again.
