How to adjust the sensitivity of the electric Trim?

I find this issue on the P3D.

 

I am flying the F1 King Air and I have two of my Yokr buttons assigned to Electric Trim UP and DOWN respectively.

 

With 1 slight tap, It goes from 1000FPM Descend to 1000FPM climb. 

 

in the control button assignement I moved the "repeat counter" to the middle but that doesn't help.

 

Is there a sensitivity to button assignment if I assign using FSUIPC?

 

IS there another way.. I am unable to trim aircrafts in P3D
