ENG 2 FAIL

Hello, during a flight EHAM 06 - EGLL 09R in Boeing PMDG 747-400 i saw a warning "ENG 2 FAIL" in Primary Eicas Display, i've tried to find in manual why, but it's difficult for me to find. Can you help me please to learn what to do please?

The fire handle on engine 2 is pulled.  That would shut down the engine.

Thank you very much Devin, now it's also clear to me why the speed above 10,000' not raised.
