Error conecting iPad with server

The conection btwen the iPad and the server is correct, but when  push a button  we get this message and afterwards that button is not active anymore

 

Error: TypeError : 'undefined' is not a function Script: undefined  Line:0 Column : undefined Stack Trace 

 

Can you help me to solve this error ???

which iPad are we talking about / which version of IOS?

And which browser are you using? Safari, Chrome, ...?

Just a quick update on this topic:

there were a few users reporting similar issues. As it turns out, this issue was caused by old (very old) browsers that haven't seen an update to their HTML5 engines in a long time and as such didn't support some of the new features that got recently added to the webapp.

I have added a fallback solution for this situation and I'm happy to say that it seems this issue has been resolved.

I will upload the new version to AVSIM and update the appropriate links here on the forum.

So if you are seeing this problem, wait a day or so and you'll be back online!
