Annoying message

I have one message which always pop up when P3D starts, and i cannot get rid of it.

Message : " Your curent locale is not supported: Please use locale that uses the Window-1252 character encoding. Would you like to ignore this message in the future? "

 

Yes, i would like to ignore this message in the future, but every time it comes again.

How to get rid of it ?

It appears to have to do with your system settings. Are you running a European version of Windows?

Yeah... but the proposed "workaround" is to change system locale to EN-us.

 

The most annoying thing is that they changed one bug into the another one. It seems like nobody did test it.

There is no given solution on given link.

I would like to change locale of my Win, but do not know how, and do not know if it is possible even ?

What i do not understand is why this message cannot be removed ?
