Stutterfest

Recommended Posts

A poem entitled:

Stutterfest

I recorded my flights, I got stutters,
I run out of disk space, I got stutters,
I added an SSD, I maybe got less stutter,
I installed 857Gb of photo scenery on my old drive, I got stutters,
I increased the overclock, I got stutters,
I vacuumed my fans, I got stutters,
I increased priority, I got stutters,
I edited the registry, I got stutters,
I set AffinityMask=4097, I got stutters,
I removed my Affinity Mask, I got stutters,
I turned off Hyper Threading, I got stutters,
I removed unnecessary Simconnect files, it crashed to desktop,
I deleted uiautomationcore, it still CTD’s,
I installed exception monitoring, I got stutters,
I was on a twenty seven hour flight and it hung on final,
I increased Bufferpools to 503895765820149585, I got stutters,
I decreased Bufferpools to zero, I got stutters,
I set fibre frame time to 0.9, I got stutters,
I set fibre frame time to 0.1, I got the blurries,
I set fibre frame time to 0.0001 but I couldn’t tell if it made a difference or not,
I fixed fps, I got stutters,
I set unlimited, I got stutters,
I fitted a much faster graphics card, I got stutters,
I changed something in the BIOS, and it BSOD,
I rolled back my drivers, I got stutters,
I set more samples, I got stutters,
I enhanced application override, I got stutters,
I set vsync-something-or-other, I got stutters,
I deleted the shader cache, I got stutters,
I changed highmemfix and my wheels came back but I had no wings,
I edited aircraft.cfg, I got stutters,
I certainly never edited dll.xml before I got stutters,
I installed a USB hub, I got stutters.
I replaced a USB hub with external powered model, I got stutters,
I set power management, I got stutters,
I installed an airport that has working candy bar dispensing machines with vertically moving belts of assorted snacks, before that I got stutters,
I reformatted my textures compression, it got stuttery,
I restored my textures, I got microstutter,
I sorted all my files into alphabetical order, stutters came back,
I defragmented my drives, I got stutters,
I took ownership, I got stutters,
I gave myself full control, I got stutters,
I adjusted UAC, I got stutters,
I ran everything as admin, I got stutters,
I downloaded a free speed enhancer, I got stutters,
I had to install a special version of C++, I got stutters,
I had to turn off my annoying AV, I got stutters,
I won $10,000,000, but I haven’t heard back yet,
I had to repair .NET, I got stutters,
I reinstalled Windows, I got stutters.

Should do this for oral interpretation in speech & debate. It's beautiful *single tear rolls down cheek*

I got a custom built computer from JETLINE and I have NO STUTTERS.

I'm just a customer and not affiliated.

I'm just a happy customer  (3rd one in the last 10 years)

LOL. I can see people googling for help on any FSX issue and always getting this poem as a top search hit.

Poetry fixes all. Well done.

Waiting with baited breath for the 'Blurries' equivalent.

Hardly scratch the surface of your case book Jim.

I Bought X-Plane, What are Stutters?

It's often what happens when we install what we call "addons".

Poetry fixes all. Well done.

Any similarity to real people or places is purely coincidental.

Thanks guys!
