Found this very helpfull for smoothness when running 30 hz monitor...

With the help of the following post, I was able to set the frame rate limiter in nvidia inspector to 31 fps, results in even more smoothness in my case.

 

As always your expirience could be different.

 

BTW hex code for 31 fps is 1F

Thanks for the link, Daniel. I always was wondering if it wouldn't be possible to change the NI frame rate values. Gread find!
