A quick google uncovers UIautomationcore.dll drop it in you P3D directory..are you using Windows 32 bit or 64 bit?

Think you'll need you full name in the forums to receive official support. Thanks.

Many solutions below.

I understand that, I guess its trial and error. There are many threads on Avsim about P3D and  KERNELBASE.dll crash. If one fix doesn't work try another. Try updating garphics carddrivers, again you have to sign your full name in your signature, in the PMDG forums. Many Thanks.

Hi,

i'd redownload the latest standalone addonmanager from FS Dreamteam:

(you'll find it in the lower left)

http://www.fsdreamteam.com/products_kiah.html

If you use GSX too, download the latest version too, and install it before the standalone addonmanager

As far as i remember an older installer caused such issues.

Your first post event report pointed to the couatl.exe as the faulting moduel. That is a FSDreamTeam module that might need updated from their web site.

UIAutomationCore.dll is rarely a problem with P3D.

The event report you posted in Item#6 is a access violation with a module used by the 777 as the faulting module.  Not sure how you ended up here from where you started. Have you revealed all the things you've done?

What else do you have installed besides FSDT and PMDG products?

Please provide your full name.

I installed Active Sky Next, Aerosoft Airbus A318-21 some scenerys...

I only reinstalled everything again and again...

And at the moment P3D crashes without any error. I don't know what is wrong with it

Ole, first you need to get a P3D to run with out crashing.  I assume you mean "crashes without any error" to mean to message box.  You can use the free AppCrashViewer to view system error messages.

In this case, I suggest you stop reinstalling stuff.. you make more problems than you solve. Did you update the FSDT couatl.exe module? This is done by updating the FSDT Add On Manager, download from the bottom of almost any FSDT product page.

I assume you are using P3Dv3.1... you didn't say which version.

Okay sorry...

It's correct i my version is 3.1. And it is running correctly with any other aircraft then the 777. The 737 is working too.

I reinstalled couatl.exe but i'm not sure if ihave to delete the old one before.

This is the crashreport from AppCrashViewer:

Okay... so P3Dv3.1 works okay with NGX but not 777?  Let's check the PMDG 777 version, easy way is Windows Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.  Look down the list for the PMDG 777-200LRF Base Package P3D and in right column the version should be 1.10.7025

Did you have any problems installing the PMDG 777 base package? Did you authenticate the license normally? Did P3D ever start with the 777 normally or has P3D crashed every time since installation of the 777?

If installation was normal, licensed normal but P3D crashes every time you should open a trouble ticket with  PMDG Product Support and get professional help from here: http://support.precisionmanuals.com

You will have to create a support account because they are different from sales accounts.

If P3D and 777 worked but now is crashing on a PMDG runtime module then maybe the problem is in the P3D xml.dll file with a wrong pointer to runtime location.  If you are unfamiliar with the xml.dll don't worry, the experts at Product Support will help you fix it.

Hi,

I don't know if it has anything to do with it but P3D installed in the D:\Program Files (x86)\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3 folder could be the cause. It's wise to install P3D in its own folder, like D:\Prepar3D v3 for example.

Greetings,
