Who plays with their rudder pedals while they work?

All day long I am going back and forth and tapping the brakes while I work. Does anybody else do that?

I sometimes use them as a foot rest.

Nope because you will have to replace them quicker by doing that, mechanical parts wear down

I do, it's pretty much the only exercise I get.
