Would dual installation of P3D 3.1 and 3.2 coexist nicely on the same computer?

Recommended Posts

I have tons of addons in my current installation of P3D 3.1 and I'm a little apprehensive at this point about upgrading to 3.2.      There seems to be just too many potential gremlins with various third part aircraft and scenery at this stage.      Would I be able to maintain dual, separate installations of both 3.1 AND 3.2 on the same hard drive/computer without any conflicts or would I be asking for trouble attempting this?

Thank you.

No, not possible. But the update process is really straight forward! You need just to reinstall the texture addons (FTX Global, GEP3D), and REX (once hotfixed). Third party aircrafts are not affected at all!
