My 777 is broken.

I recently bought the PMDG 777 to do long haul flights with my friend. I have not had a chance to use it though because it doesn't work. When I spawn in, there's no landing gear, I can't press anything, and my yoke is at full up and full left. Please help me!

This is a sign that the aircraft is not properly activated. When you installed it, did you get a pop up window asking to enter your license code?

 

If you did not get the license window for activation, it may be because some required simconnect files are not installed. Are you using the aircraft in FSX, FSX-SE or Prepar3D?

 

Your best bet would be to go to the PMDG support site at

Click on the button marked "knowledge base". There are articles in the KB relating to your specific situation - where the aircraft loads with black displays and no gear, with steps to follow to try to correct the problem.

 

If that does not help, you can register to submit a support ticket at the same site. You will need to provide the email address and order number you used when purchasing the aircraft when you register.

Your best option would be to submit a ticket to PMDG at support.precisionmanuals.com This seems to me like it is an installation. The folks at PMDG should be able to help you out as long as you purchased the product.
