P3D - How do you update schedules and aircraft models/repaints in UT2

Hi all

So I wedged UT2 into P3Dv3 with EMT and all works well.  I think UT2 runs schedules from 2011 by default, so if I wanted to update schedules or edit them myself and add new aircraft models/airlines, how do I do that?    Is that what the PowerPack is?  Does anyone know of a good tutorial that explains how to do this?
