Windows 10 is not listed, that is my bad. To excited to read the fine print! Hopefully something will work with the Carenado ticket I submitted. I'm using SP1 & SP2 but no acceleration.

Windows 8 is not listed ..either. I do not know if it works .. I use Win7.

I just tried my Embraer 300 and it is exactly the same. None of the functions like FD, ALT, NAV, etc work. When mouse goes over button nothing changes to click button.

Did you have the Embrare 300 (is it Carenado) working prior ..?

 

Did you just upgrade your OS from Win7 to Win8?

I have the Embraer 300 from Carenado before and it worked fine. Now that I have installed the 525 it does not work. Computer came with Windows 8.

Good Day everyone,

Just got the fix from Carenado, uninstall/reinstall with no antivirus then reinstalled FSX SP2. I did this and it works great.

 

Next question: In spot plane view the aircraft is a skeleton, any help on fixing that?

What FIX did you get from Carenado? and when?

 

Yes. Set up the keyboard for an Aircraft (reload). Takes about 5 seconds to correct the problem. This showed up on the Carenado Phenom 300 when I was testing it for the Avsim review and I posted some screenshots and the simple correction in that review. Except, it wasn't the Spot View, it was the main view when I loaded it.

 

I have also seen this with the Flight1 Mustang and the Aircraft (reload) cures that one also.

 

I think this is normally set up as Crtl + Shift + R using the drop down Options/Settings/Controls/Buttons-Keys/ command in FSX.
