registering licence

OK, I installed the 737NGX. When asked for my licence I was told it was invalid.

Tried to get on website and can't.

I don't get the option of using my licence when I load the aircraft in P3D any more and get licence fail issue.... obviously because I haven't registered it..... is this because I can't access the website?

Please can someone tell me how to register the thing as I never get the option when loading in P3D.

Can someone tell me how to get on the website. Is this a secret? Why so damn difficult?

Full names are required on the forum. If this were provided I could've looked up your account to assist with this. It's likely that your inability to get on our website is related to the inability to activate, but if you couldn't get to our website right now, I'm not sure how you'd get our product downloaded...

If a moderator wanted to help he couldn't without your name... full names on all posts in the PMDG forums please.

 

There is nothing wrong with the web site... the support site has different accounts from sales. You may need to create a new support account.
