Updated KDLH Duluth for P3D in library

Just some minor updates, mainly resetting the draw flags so all the taxiways show up in P3D...  I also fixed the movement areas and hold shorts so AI will work, and I added/fixed the ANG ramp so if you use MAIW the F16's will taxi out and hold short of 27 apch.

Next time i fly into there, which only seems to be stand ups, it would be cool to hear you on the radio.

Yep that's me...  you fly for the airlines?  Just ask for Bones - I work approach/departure and tower/ground etc
