PMDG MD11 won't install

I know people have mentioned that they cannot install their MD11 onto their computer with MS10, but my problem is that it is telling me to contact Tech support. Do I still need to go to the website and login to do this or can it be taken care here.

Hi Robert,

Some time ago, PMDG said they were going to discontinue support for the MD11 and the 747v1. This was mostly due to these software items were never designed for the modern platforms such as MS10 used now a days.

 

I have a separate machine with MS 7, specially for the old birds.

 

Maybe some one like Kyle may jump in and advise you further. Sorry, I could not be more help.

It will install in Windows 10. I installed mine and it works without any issue.

 

What is the error or issue you are seeing?

"Unable to validate your license. Please contact Technical support".

Although Tech Support for the MD-11 is finished, I would hope it is still possible to get support for licence activation. It's well worth opening a ticket on the support portal to find out.
