FS2Crew 2.0 Problem

I have just installed the update and did 2 flights.

1. Problem: After takeoff i am not able to run the after takeoff checklist. It always says: standby, and nothing happens. All i can do is to scroll the descent checklist and go on, to perform an approach.

2. Problem: This problem i had with the other version also. From time to time it says packs off. I have to turn them to auto manually.

i had the issues with the packs off that happened already prior the 2.0 update but now it is even worse the packs off by the SO  is coming up each time i do the checklist even last time he said strobes off. i can tell it never happened with FSX but since i switched to P3D.

Are your flaps physically in the full up position?  That's what the FO is waiting on.  Are you using an external hardware for flaps that could somehow send a false flap signal to the simulation?

 

 

 

i can tell it never happened with FSX but since i switched to P3D. 

 

P3D or FSX would make no difference.

 

Run the voice training again.

 

"Packs Off"... Check your CVR Voice Log.  There's a chance the system "heard it" if using voice control, even though you didn't intend to say it.  If not, check your Departure Brief settings and ensure you're not setting up for a bleeds off takeoff.

That's what the speech system is "detecting", even though you are probably not saying it.

Okay, after takeoff i said flaps up, and everything worked fine.

I trained the speech regocnition again, but the packs off problem still is present.

You could have said something similar, cough, mumbled, who knows...

 

Try lowering the sensitivity on your mic input.
