i would like to make a tile for that region(pic below) but it seems there is no information=size 0G ,so i can not make tile?

is there any other method to doing that?

If you want to see the aerial preview you must change the service provider from OSM to BI.

As I said, you have to draw the area and then choose Save Zone. Then it will show you the estimated size
