IXEG 737 to Norway

Recommended Posts

Despite a few issues I'm loving this plane so far, definitely a game changer for X-Plane.

Here are some shots from a flight from Berlin to Bergen in Norway, great framerates and some nice scenery along the way

Blood hell you are using Orthos ? looks great.

Nice cockpit. Guess she can really be flown like a Cessna that's what I like manual flying.

For water there is a LUA script you can try it out.

Nice shots, I love the 3rd shot as well. May I ask you what add-on are you using for atmosphere / colors?

I'm using the following addons:

  • IXEG 737
  • RealTerraHaze default settings (for the colours and atmosphere)
  • W2XP Norway Pro (I'm currently looking for somewhere to host it)
  • Ortho4XP photoscenery for most of Europe and Scandinavia. (You can grab a few tiles here http://zonephoto.x-plane.fr/Cartes.php)

Although I'm running this on a laptop, the performance from this plane is incredible, beating most of the more simple planes

I half expected to be running at 30 FPS or less too but was pleasantly surprised, the performance is excellent.

IMHO xplane is the only civillian sim to date where you can mistake screenshots for real photo's ;). I wonder what lays ahead now the user base is growing.
