Professional 737 flight simulators in California

Hey, I am coming th CA this summer and I am intersting to go for a flight in a simulator. I will be in LA, San Diego, San Francisco, as well in Phoenix and Vegas. Anyone has a recommended place to test my skills on the 737?

I didn't mention the price because I didn't want to dampen your enthusiasm. But I gotta tell ya, I've been luck enough to get some free full-motion time in a 737-700, 767-400, and Lear 45. Nice rides and a whole lot of fun. But, to me, it's not worth the price of admission at those rates. I'd rather buy a couple of new scenery add-ons, crack open a beer (or two), and fly the PMDG NGX...

Agreed.

 

I have been several times in FFSs (for free of course) and would never pay to get into one of those. It's just not worth it for any private individual, not even real pilots would pay money from their own pocket for a FFS session.

 

Real pilots who want to train for a checkride or simulator interview go to fixed-base simulators at a rate of $100 an hour or so. It's also approapriate for the flight simmer who wants to experience a real cockpit. Something like this: http://simulation.simlocresearch.com/lang/en/pages/329-b737-sr
