Nivida Inspector Not Working

Hi,

 

I have recently upgraded to windows 10 and am having issues with Nivida Inspector. All my drivers are up to date and i have reinstalled Inspector but V-SYNC does not seem to be working the 1/w refresh option. I was just wondering if anyone else has has any issued.
