Practicing go arounds?

This last time I got told to go around, and I've always really just ignored it because it happens a lot but I do want to practice it, is there a way I can set it up to practice during landing with RC4?

Your best option is to declare a Missed Approach when on finals. There is a menu option for this. See the manual for details.

 

You are handled the same as a go-around.

It seems to me if you just load up traffic to a high enough level you'll get as many go-arounds as you want with the built-in ATC.
