Hi.  I was wondering which has more effect on SLI operation:

 

1.  BIOS version and chipset drivers

 

      OR

 

2.  The graphics card driver

Hello Jeff,

 

They are two completely different things.

 

Typically speaking the latest update should be used for both, with a caveat on the driver for the video card, depending on how FS friendly it is.

Thanks, Stephen.  I was afraid you would say that.  :)   I'm not fond of the idea of messing with the BIOS or chipset, but I understand.
