AC 500S to the MRO (minor overhaul) - WIP

It certainly is a fantastic looking aircraft. Had been on my wish list for years.

 

I know its and old model, but it does not deserve to be neglected, so I sent it to the MRO for an

interior overhaul. Won't be immaculate, though.

This is WIP, not done yet.

Great stuff looking forward to it are you going to remove the wear on the yoke bases also - I would assume you would be if you are cleaning things up - good stuff - I like either way - nice to have choices for sure  :smile:

Very nice work so far. Is it possible to spray some 409 Cleaner on those leather seats as well and scrub some of that grime out????

Hello Guys/Gals

 

Here is my take on a less neglected cockpit-cabin interior.

 - Reduced wear and tear from carpet and some panels.
 - Removed rusted/oxide surfaces
 - Scrubbed dirt from some seat bases.
 - Minor leather cleaning on cockpit. (cabin is next)

 

I will still be cleaning up this one.

Much better thank you. :smile: I'm using the this in FSX and all looks good but I did notice the ELT is now missing. It's just a black texture now. Also there are some black textures behind the red mixture lever that looks off.
