Nope, it's is not that they care. It is vary hard running a company, finding funding etc. Many facotrs come into play, that can indeed infect something that small.

I know, but some of the questions have been there for weeks on the support forum with no acknowledgement at all. Some folks have programs they cannot use at all. Seems a poor way to do business to me.
