What's wrong in FL?

For some reason KECP was not there. Had to TO/GA to avoid touching down in someone's backyard. All settings in FMS were correct, it's just FSX didn't have it there.  If anyone of you feels like checking it out. Curious to see if it is me or FSX.

last time i went to Tampa it was there but way off position wise, also runaways not right...

Sounds like a scenery AFCAD miss match in fsx compared with the nav data of the pmdg.

 

When you say you landed in the somebodies back yard was the runway there at all ? :wink:

There was no runway. Had to land in nearby KPAM which by the way has the runways wrong....tell me something is P3D being a newer software at least with updated airports?

Do you have any scenery add-ons? With so many issues with scenery, it sounds like your scenery library, or simulator install have issues.

 

EDIT:

In any case, I don't see how the lack of an airport is a PMDG issue. Please post in the appropriate forum:
