Administrator blocks setup.exe

Hi I just decided to put my old boxed version of PMDG JS41 on, but as soon as I click on the setup.exe it gets blocked saying administrator blocked for your own protection. I'm using windows 10, does anyone know of this problem?

Click "More Details," and then "Run Anyway."

Sorry, can I change my name in account settings. Its okay I had to run cmd.exe and run it through there, as there was no "run anyway" only a "Close"
