Taxi problems

Good day,

 

I have problems while I am taxiing. Everytime my plane turns slightly to the right or to the left. There is no wind and it isn't a problem with the calibration of my X52 Pro because the problem exists also when I try to taxi with the keyboard. Also I tried to turn off the torque effect or tried to turn on the autorudder. It doesn't help. Do you have any suggestions?

If it is just slight, then maybe it's just the effects of the taxiway. Depending on the scenery you're using, maybe the bumps that exist on the taxiway cause the nose landing gear to slightly deviate. It could just be an effect of realism, and you can easily correct this by responding with the appropriate tiller control.

 

You can also try recalibrating your joystick. I find the keyboard an annoying way of controlling the plane. Pressing a key once doesn't do anything, but holding it for just a tenth of a second will make the movement too drastic.

It may be perfectly normal:

I can see another factor that make the aircraft turn during taxi:

_ Slight differences between engines thrusts: the thrust of one engine is higher than the other, the aircraft will tend to turn to the side of the engine with the lesser thrust. I can fill it with less than 1% difference in the sim.

 

Are you using a throttle quadrant with separate levers for the engines or the keyboard?

In the first case, try to disconnect your throttle quadrant and use the keyboard to control the engines during the taxi to check whether it comes from the difference of thrust.
