When to run fixer

I have REX Soft Clouds add on.

 

Every time I change a cloud theme and it installs the textures in FSX, do I need to run the fixer ?.

No, the only think that need attention is when you install an aircraft or scenery, run the controller to see if it detects any new effects that need converting.
