Viva Espana!

At the second to last picture I can spot Palacio Real and Parque Rétiro... I'm sure you did a nice spring walk there after landing.

I can even see my home on this picture! It's very close to the big roundabout that's bellow the left wingtip and very close to the big motorway M-30

The M-30 is, by the way, a high capacity dual carriageway per direction. The two outer carriageways are "collectors" and the two inner ones are "expressways" for through-traffic. At some points there's a total of 16 lanes, 4 lanes per carriageway!

More landmarks to see on this picture!

- Santiago Bernabeu Stadium

- Torres Kio

- Cuatro Torres Business Area

- Torre Europa

It's unfortunate that the Torre Picasso is not modelled, this one resembles the Twin Towers of the WTC.

Thanks for commenting about the location...the scenery was made by a group from Spain (free) and like all photoscenery becomes outdated.

You're welcome!

But no, the Torre Picasso has been there for decades, until 2007 it was the tallest skyscraper in Spain!

The CTBA (the 4 towers above the right wingtip) are fairly new on the other hand :)

Real Spain has the entire country except the Pyrenees mountains...the desert, badland regions and unusual color make photoscenery the only way to see Spain!

It does really look great!

Does it have a big impact on FPS/performance?

Yeah...MSE 2 Spain @ MAX image quality runs at 55FPS Avg.
