Make Runways not working

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I've just installed RAAS Pro and run Make Runways prior to opening RAAS as instructed.

However I get this error message when I do that:

Can anyone help me?!!

Thanks Lucas.

FSX SP2

In addition to this, I ran it in Administrator mode and when using it when flying my PMDG 737, it had PMDG 777 as the model in RAAS.

Hi Pete,

I just realised I was running the .exe file from the Make Runways folder which was in the main FSX folder.  I placed the .exe in the main FSX folder by itself and it seems to be working.

I wasn't getting sound either before.  Since the Make Runways is working, should I now get sound?  The audio test worked ok.

Hi,

Not sure if you saw my reply above your reply.  Do you think I will get sound once this is done?

No I did not see it before I posted.

I only have the locked version coming with the PMDG T7.

So I can not tell you anything else, than to follow the manual of RAAS Pro. Sorry

Still no sound Bryan. I've checked the troubleshooting.  Not much help.

I noticed there is an error in the error log?  Did you want me to screenshot it?

Lucas.

Please google the error message, and send me a Support Ticket via: www.fs2crew.com

I suspect the error is audio related.

Ensure all your audio drivers are up to date.

All audio drivers are up to date and the audio test was ok.

I have sent you a ticket with a screenshot of the error log.

Thanks,

Lucas.
