Wilco Falcon 7x

Recommended Posts

Anyone noticed behavior of cabin altitude pressure knob in manual mode? there is a glitch exactly same which has been found in Captain Sim 767. (Wilco hired programmer?)

If you turn to climb or descent, knob has spring return so you must clicking to desired setting by knob like a monkey for every step which takes time. But if you hold the knob

in climb or descent position AND move the mouse far away the knob will not move back and stays locked, then altitude is changing fast.

Wilco writes on their FB page

Little note to some Falcon 7X users.

Some users are experiencing issues that we don’t.

For those who are filling in our Support Form, we are asking them to run a little test file to understand the reason of the problem in their configuration.

This Falcon 7X is a complex simulation and a premiere in the PC-based Flight Simulation industry. The philosophy is different from the usual Airbus and Boeing simulations.

Also, we are offering the compatibility with 4 different simulators and 6 Operating Systems for 39.95 Eur only.

We take care of everyone and our goal is to improve our Falcon 7X so you can all enjoy it as much as we do !

The latest reply from support is "That is working on our system but not on yours"

Is it even worth reporting the CTD problem again on their support page ?

I guess there is no point reporting the frames problem

To make myself feel better I bought todays new release from a grahically

sophisticated publisher, stuck a GTN750 in it a flew it around at nice fps for less

than I spent on the F7

Sigh

Not sure if I should name it in a Wilco thread

Alabeo PA-44 180 Seminole

But I'm still hoping for a fix for the F7x

They kinda fixed the TBM 850 to an extent

It can be done

Very low frame rates here, CTD when initiating a descent, the plane buffets when accelerating through 280 IAS, FLC is not working properly, and it just barely navigates to where I am going.  They keep responding to my support requests saying they are testing it in 4 different versions and 6 different systems and there are only a few people who are having problems.  It is my first and last product I buy from Wilco.  I have requested a refund on 3 occasions, but doesn't sound like that will be happening.  I find very unusual that Dassault would endorse such a poorly put together product.

Don't know if this is good or bad news from Wilco support:

"Sir,

A new version is about to come in a few days.

I’m confident it will solve those problems.

Best Regards, "
