If i could be so rude and ask some Questions 

 

(1) Are you using SkymaxPro ?   If not what are you using for Sky colors and cloud textures ?

 

(2) Are you using a weather engine like Real weather Connector ? 

 

(3) What Frames Per Second are you getting with all your bits and bobs Installed ? 

 

(4)  A little peep maybe at your Real Terra Haze settings

1) No skymaxx pro, I use freeware Clouds HD 2.0 (search on x-plane org site). Sky colors is my creation working progress.

2) Weather engire is NOAA plugin.

3) On my pc (intel i3, nvidia gtx960) i have 25-30 fps.

Note: i use also reshade.

You should be bale to turn up Anisotropic filtering to x16 no problem.
