These are the relevent settings Richard. I'm not using HDR so left that unchecked, and I also use my own Cloud.fx shader. I'm not using RSP here. Also using Navid's sky's for dawn and dusk with REX4 for daytime.

 

BTW you have to use volumetric fog to get the haze colouration.
