Can't adjust heading bug.

Just did another run through of functions and it appears that none of my dials are responding to mouse input.

 

Any suggestions? Should I reinstall the aircraft?

Welcome to the forum rexbo47, first thing is to check is, does the mouse scroll work in the default airplane's.
