Load Sheet Default values

So now that I have got through some growing pains with this amazing plane, I was wondering if the Load Sheet always has the same default values for every flight, or does it depend on some user-controllable factor?

Yes, and it is pretty cool.  But I was wondering what determines what numbers are on it when you first load the plane?

I don't know if the load sheet can read values from FSX, or always forces it's values on to FSX. Note that it doesn't do fuel loading for you, just payload and passengers.
