How to switch the seat belt sign on, and others, in decent mode?

Hi

 

I am looking for a click spot to remove the yoke so i can get to the switches behind it. No problem moving the yoke around prior to T/O; but when AP is on at altitude how does one get to the switches? Maybe a small point, but would be nice to be able to do.

Click on the spot just as the yoke goes into the dashboard..
