Help! AFE lost his voice!

Recommended Posts

All of a sudden my AFE has gone silent. All of the sounds of switches, engines, etc. all work. Yet the speaking responses of the AFE do not. I can play the WAV files with Quicktime no problem. I have restarted and even re-installed the DC-6.

All I can think of is that I did an Abort earlier and since then he is speechless.

How do I get it back?

Thanks

X-Plane 10.45r2

Never mind, self-solved.

Finally realized the Com Radio sound level was zeroed out. It apparently affects all spoken voices.

Thanks!

Yes, that happened me a few days ago too. Not sure what would have caused this. In any case, a glance at the manual gave me the reason. :)

If any of you catch the add-on that adjusts the sound without re-setting it later, please send a message to that developer. We would want to know if it was us, too.
