First, I would try to delete that certain module and let it rebuild it.

If that doesn't work, if you uninstall then reinstall FSUIPC, nothing will break? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Best of luck!

I have tried to replace the module with mine from the ordinary FSX, and it crashed. It said that some files are corrupt and reinstall is needed. We have verified game integrity cache via Steam, it has downloaded a few things, and we were back in the base of the problem.

We have also reinstalled FSUIPC, and after installation it happened again.

This is not the latest version of the fsuipc utility.  The latest is 4.9.5.5 http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html.  The module is periodically updated to fix bugs so it is important you have the latest installed.  You are correct in selecting 'Yes' when asked if you want to run the module.  This is part of the Windows security.  If you select no, the module will still run but you will be asked again and again.

We have also reinstalled FSUIPC, and after installation it happened again.

The latest version is FSUIPC version 4.955c,(full install required) if that doesn't work you may be better posting on Mr Dowson support forum as he normally only sorts out problems there.

edit I see Jim got in first, quick off the mark as usual.
