Trying out AS16 this morning and noticed this. Looks like its to do with the new low visibility effects in AS16 as I've never seen anything like it before. It goes back to normal as you exit the cloud.

Is this add-on scenery?  If so, do these effects occur with other normal airports?  I assume this is P3D.

I've had this happen in both FSX and P3d with and without weather program. Sometimes textures would bleed through the clouds and go to this black and white image. Haven't seen it in a long time. Never did find the cause.
