Odd fps bug

Ok here is an odd one,somtimes I load into Xplane and am getting 60fps then sometimes at the same airport, same plane, same time of day same weather, I only get 40 fps. This has only been happening since I put my GTX1080 in

ATP MEL,CFI,CFII,MEI.
