Prepar3D.cfg

Ok, this is a really stupid question, but why do I have 2 Prepar3D.cfg files? One is located at C:\Users\myprofile\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D and the other is at C:\Users\myprofile\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3. More to the point, which is the correct one to use if I wanted to tweak it? I'm guessing it's the latter.

If you are using V3, the one in the V3 folder. 

 

BOBSK8             MSFS 2020 ,    ,PMDG 737-600-800 ,  FSLTL , TrackIR ,  Avliasoft EFB2  ,  ATC  by PF3  ,

A Pilots LIfe V2 ,  CLX PC , Auto FPS, ACTIVE Sky FS,  PMDG DC6 , A2A Comanche, Fenix A320, Milviz C 310

Thanks Bob. So what's the other one for? I never had any other version of P3D installed.
