Aerosoft Airbus taxis to left, even with full right rudder

Recommended Posts

Had a Project Airbus once that I had to change the model and air file because its rudder was stuck to one side.  Flew straight on autopilot but manual control was impossible.  I'd be asking Aerosoft direct.

The Aerosoft Airbus has the option to use the #3 throttle axis as a nose wheel steering control. Do you have a multi-throttle controller like the CH 6-lever unit, with one of the levers assigned as throttle #3? If so, and if that lever is pulled all the way back to idle, it would have the effect of causing a constant full left or right steering command that would override the rudder steering.

The Airbus rudder has to be controlled with an axis.

If you assign keys to it the rudder will not move.

I can check that, but all my throttles on my CH quadrant are for either thrust or mixture.

I'm using Saitek rudder pedals for this.

EDIT:

Well. Even though the axis is NOT set, the 3rd axis was the tiller.

Guess that was a fix.
