Isn't OPUS the one with the well-known upper wind issue where it doesn't depict it accurately?

I have used 100% bias for awhile now it has been pretty darn accurate.

As for the winds, even though real world planning has really solid wind information, at times, I have seen landing fuel calculations be somewhat off of what the airplane gives us for landing fuel. Granted, I don't fly the 777, but it's still the way weather and planning sometimes disagree.

Can't offer much but don't worry if it's off by a small margin. I would assume that long flights could create a sometimes big difference between planned landing fuel and real landing fuel.

Like Kyle said, if OPUS is just screwing with your wind injection in the Sim, that's probably your problem.
