What are some useful keybinds to use for a 12 button flight joystick?

I will be getting a flight joystick soon. I've been using a gamepad controller all this time. But in the meantime, what are some useful features to bind to the joystick buttons? I have 12 buttons to use. I'd like to get away from using my keyboard/mouse as much as possible to make flying a bit more immersive.

Some I use are:

 

Autopilot on/off

Auto throttle on/off

Left and right flight director switches on/off

TOGA button

Gear up/down

Flaps up/down

Trim up/down

I currently use this on my Saitek Yoke:

 

Button 1 - Open Close ATC Window

Button 2 - Look Using Mouse on/off (Space) 

POV - Look around (Default)

T1 - 2D Window F10

T2 - 3D Window F9

T3 - Trim Down

T4 - Trim Up

T5 - Set Altimeter B

T6 - Set Heading Indicator D

 

Landing Gear T1 or T2 on the throttle

Mainly the PMDG 777, Aerosoft Airbus, and Realair Legacy, which are the planes I fly the most.
