My product wont work

Can you be more specific. "it doesn't work" is not really efficient to help fixing it.

What does not work:

_ Can you install it?

_ Can you open the menu?

_ Which simulator is it FSX, -SE, P3D...

_ Voice version, button version?

Not getting anything on my dashboard, like i have for the FS2crew reboot an PMDG777

Let's start by the silly basic questions:

 

Do you have the latest version of the Airbus X (1.15 or later)?

Have you configured Fs2crew using the configurator?

 

If the main panel doesn't open, it is because either you have not configured the correctly the key to open it, or because there is no entry in the panel.cfg of your aircraft.

You may check both. 

 

If you have a doubt about you panel.cfg, you can send me the content by PM, I can check it.

My problem is, i don´t have a configurator on my desktop, like have from pmdg 777 or pmdg reboot 737..

I guess the problem is that you have not configure fs2crew.

Look at the manual provided with fs2crew and specifically read the chapter called "Configurator". If you follow the instructions, it will most likely fix your issue.

The configuration of Fs2crew is not done via a Fs2crew config panel but via the Airbus X config panel.

I have just send you a message, cause i dont have anything called config manager, like i have with the pmdg 737 reboot an pmdg 777 on my desktop...

Cool... correct, for the Airbus version, you need to enable FS2Crew via the "Aerosoft Airbus Configurator".

 

There is no 'FS2Crew' Configurator for the Airbus.
