ATC Interaction?

Recommended Posts

I have tried everything I've read in the manuals and on the forum about how to get MCE to interact  with ATC with no luck. I have tried all the voice's. Microsoft Zera and MCE Lorna Request IFR Clearence but I get no response. I have tried the native ATC and PF3.  Even Zera and Lorna start to get frustrated with the lack of response. Is their not one manual that explains in detail on how to set this up?

I have included my MCE.ini

Hello,

In MCE have you chosen the right atc program?

If not then start MCE, go to atc tab and choose their and restart MCE.

I'm using PF3 now.

Clearance: Clearance delivery, callsign, request ifr clearance to e.g. echo hotel alpha mike with information x

Pushback: Ground, callsign, request push and start (clearance)

Taxi: Ground, callsign, ready to taxi

Takeoff: Tower, callsign, runway x, ready for takeoff.

For clear of the active rwy you can use: ground, callsign, request taxi to gate.

If you use PF3 i also recommend to use mode 2 to start with, then mode 1 and at last mode 0, so you'll get familiar with the ack.

Hope this will get you going.

Best regards

John Cramer
