Just wondering. Does FSUIPC work with prepare3D. If it does, then can I copy what I created in FSX to Prepar3D file system?

Yes, but you're best off just re-running the installer.

FSUIPC4 installs to any and all compatible sims that it can find on your computer. First, download the most recent version of the FSUIPC4 installer and run the installer. Then  add back all the settings from the FSX FSUIPC4.ini that you need to the P3d version of the file. Alternately, you can just use the FSUIPC4 user interface to recreate all the settings while running P3d. Any LUA files that you want to use also have to be available for the P3d version.
