Shift+E don't do it?  Is there a popup panel that controls doors and lights?  Did you read the Manual?  Have you tried a crowbar?   To open doors use the right MCDU, it avoids some problems that FSX has with doors

shift  e does front and there a way to do back but it takes ages 

i have read the manual 

 

Not sure if it's true for this aircraft, but many use shift+e+1, shift+e+2, shift+e+3, etc. Which number depends upon which door.
