Street lights @ the end of runway?

I can't figure it out how to fix this issue,  there is  a street light @ the end of the 2L- 2R runways on SBRJ that can only be seen at night, but is present and invisible during the day.  

I have turned that off once on FTX Central once but can remember and would love to see if can't be fixed?
